Conifex saw mill in Fort St. James called in the fire department Monday Feb. 16 around 8:30 am. An engine block caught fire in the engine compartment of a truck. No one was injured. Conifex had already begun putting it out when the FSJ fire department arrived. Ten Volunteer fire fighters responded to the call and ensured the fire was depleted before leaving about an hour later.
