Sidney Joseph Everett is charged for impaired driving in Vanderhoof on Nov. 11 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13.

Bradley James Hughes is charged for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, wilfully resisting a peace officer, and causing disturbance in Vanderhoof on Feb. 20. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.

Darcy William Jimmie is charged for driving while his licence is suspended in Vanderhoof on Oct. 14 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13.

Kellianne Ellen Ouimet is charged for committing assault with a weapon and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Fraser Lake on Dec. 1 last year. She will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on July 4.

Michael Allen Smith is charged for committing assault in Vanderhoof on Sept. 10 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.

Sterling Clifford Eric St Eloi is charged for impaired driving in Cluculz Lake on Oct. 31 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Stanley John Thomas is charged for failure or refusal to provide a breath sample for intoxication testing and driving while his licence is suspended in Vanderhoof on Oct. 28 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on July 11 and Aug. 29.

Candice John is charged for robbery, disguising face with intent to commit offence, and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Vanderhoof on Jan. 16. In the same incident, Tiffany Paige Quaw is charged for robbery. Their first court appearance will take place on April 10.

An individual, whose identity is not released due to court order, is found guilty of sexual assault in Fort St. James. He or she is sentenced to two years and six months of jail, with a lifetime prohibition on firearms.

Davison Wetzel is charged for four counts of assault with or without a weaspon, forcible confinement without lawful authority, causing mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under, and uttering threats to burn or destroy in Vanderhoof on June 1, July 1, Aug. 12, and Sept. 10 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13.

Barbara Jane Lessard is charged for assault and attempting to choke to overcome resistance in Fort St. James on April 10 last year. Court proceedings were stayed in Prince George Law Courts on Feb. 24.

Brandon Lee David Thomas is found not guilty of causing mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under and breaking and entering with intent to commit offence in Vanderhoof on March 13 last year.

Dakota Lee James Clapperton is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on March 25 last year. He is fined $500.

James Thomas Brent Cockerill is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on July 27, 2015. He is fined $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Chad Richard Harris is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on June 18 last year. He is fined $750 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Kayne Sabbe Penner is found guilty of bail violations relating to his charges for manslaughter using a firearm and the careless use or storage of a fiream on Dec. 20, 2012. He is conditionally discharged with a probation order for six months.
