The District of Fort St. James Municipal Council will hold the 2023 Annual Meeting to receive the 2022 Annual Report as set out in Section 98 of the Community Charter on June 27, 2023. Council received a draft of the report on June 6, 2023, and the report was made publicly available on this date.
The 2022 Annual Report may be viewed at the District Office from June 7 to June 27, 2023. The report is available on the District website. Council will receive submissions and questions from the public during the regular meeting of Council to be held on June 27, 2023 at 5:00pm in Council Chambers and via Zoom webinar. The zoom link is available at www.fortstjames.ca.
At the Annual Meeting, anyone who wishes to make a statement or ask questions shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present a written submission respecting matters contained in the report. The deadline for submission of written comments that will appear on the meeting agenda is Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 12:00pm.
