Video games have moved from kids bedrooms to the classroom.

CNC, in collaboration with the Mt. Milligan mine, has created the Mine Industry Ticket, which includes simulators like pictures above.

“The program is designed to ease wear and tear on the equipment,” said Ann McCormic, campus supervisor.

 

The first class is now only two-weeks from completion of the course. This first batch of students was partially funded by the Mt. Milligan mine.
