For files appearing before the Fort St. James Provincial Court on Dec. 10, 2013.

Bobby A. Mattess was fined $500 and $750 and charged  victim surcharges of $150 and $225 for two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.

Mattess was also sentenced to one day in jail and charged another victim surcharge of $100 for failure to attend court.

Alicia Teegee was given a 30-day conditional sentence for assault.
