While management did not confirm the coming of a new Subway restaurant, workers doing renovations at the commercial space next to Fields said they are building the space for a Subway.
While Subway had originally been looking at constructing another building next to the Goodwin Building near Five Corners intersection and was slated to be open by last year, the deal fell through.
Instead, the new location will simply be renovated for the purpose.
