ALLAN, Donald William - born May 4, 1941 passed away suddenly January 4, 2009. Don was born in Vancouver, B.C., the only child of Dora and Fred Allan. Survived by his wife, Rosemary; daughter, Kirsten (Nathan) Stairs, grandchildren Connor & Caitlin; stepchildren Shelley (Allan) Dyer, Pearl & Sheldon, step great grandchild Kole; Chris (Sandie) Brodman, Tom (Angie) Brodman, Rylee; Kerry Thompson, extended families and first wife Pat Allan.
Predeceased by his son Derek 1996. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Memorial service was held January 10, 2009.
