Douglas Henry Hoy
Doug was born August 8, 1928
and passed away on September
28, 2007. He spent all of his 79
years in Fort St. James and on
the surrounding lakes and rivers
with the people and work
that he loved.
He is survived by his wife
Elizabeth, their daughter Joan
(Gerald), grandchildren Rob
and Miranda Burdeniuk, son
Greg, extended family and
many friends.
Doug’s generous spirit and
wonderful stories will live on in
our hearts and in the little town
that was so special to him.
His family would like to thank
the many people whose kindness
and help has been greatly
appreciated.
