Harry Alvin (aka Hippy) Howell

October 2, 2006

HARRY ALVIN HOWELL (aka Hippy) – Harry was born in April 7, 1954 in Vanderhoof, B.C. Harry passed

away suddenly on August 31, 2006 at Fourth Creek,

Alberta. Harry resided in Spirit River for the last 10

years working as an equipment operator. Although

he made many new friends in Spirit River his heart was in the Fort. He enjoyed the trips home to the Fort to spend time with family and friends and hated it when it was time to leave. His proudest accomplishment was that he never had any grey hair for his age. His frequent phone calls to family will be greatly missed. His upbeat spirit and fun

personality kept everyone smiling.

He was predeceased by his father, Thomas Robert

Howell. He will be forever missed by his mother:

Margaret, his son Mitch (Danielle), daughter Dayna

(Allan) and grandchildren Makayla, Jayden, Tyler,

Miya, and Christopher. Sisters Peggy (Mike), Emily

(Clayton). Brothers: John (Teresa), Gordon (Sandy),

Bobby (Darlene) Teddy (Robin), Allan (Rosa Anne),

Stanley (Jennifer) and numerous nieces, nephews,

and cousins. The family would like to express our

gratitude to everyone for their condolences and all the kind words. Harry is resting in peace.
