Born July 23, 1944 in Guelph, Ontario, passed away at the age of 64 on December 9, 2008.
Survived by his loving wife, Joanne and sons Chris,
Ed (Nadine), Bill (Holly),
sisters Sandra (Bill) Image, Denise (John) Wagner,
Moira (Gary) Blount, nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Dr. R. Lokanathan PGRH, Marilyn Hiebert, Home Care Nurse, Dr. R. Joshua and the nurses at Stuart Lake Hospital for making his comfort a priority.
Memorial held December 8, 2008 was well attended.
