WALTER TAYLOR

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife Vera, 2 Sons Jack (Louly), Rick (Sandi); 3 Grandchildren Jodie (Travis), Gary (Shawna), Chris; 3 Great Grandchildren Jazmyn, Cole, Emma; Sister Doris, Brother Jack (Marg) and numerous nieces and nephews.
After a struggle with illness Walt left us to join his parents Mabel and Leonard Taylor and his sister Audrey in heaven. Walt was born in Coquitlam in 1928. In 1959 he moved to Fort St. James where he worked in the logging industry for many years. Over the years Walt became well known for his flowers, garden and Christmas light displays. Walt enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with is family watching sports. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
A “Celebration of Life” will be held March 17, 2007 in the Fort St. James Legion, starting at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Stuart Lake Hospital.
