Including walkers and volunteers, 36 people were said to summit Mt. Pope on a the lovely autumn Sunday.
While the weather for the run has often included snow and high winds at the peak in the past, this year organizer Keith Gordon said it was around 12 degrees by the time most people finished and no snow at the peak.
There were seven local runners who did the over 20 km race up and down the mountain starting at Cottonwood Park, and a number from Prince George.
